Our Services

During a BREATHE session, in general, thanks to MDH Breathing Coordination, I first observe and identify how you breathe and how the structures in your body move during the first discovery session.

Then, based on this assessment, if you so wish, I will accompany you and plan how to restore your body structures’s alignment and improve their functions for greater openness, flexibility and availability.

Then I teach you how to maintain this new coordination for autonomy on your own. And this is where Mindset Work, through the use of affirmations and images linked to your personal challenges, will fundamentally serve you to build this autonomy.

These images and affirmations will nourish your confidence in your ability to achieve your goals, and your self-esteem. This, in addition to providing a calming environment for your nervous system, will enable your body's structures to remain in the necessary openness, allowing you to live your breath fully at all times.

And finally, the application to performance will depend on the specific support you have chosen.

BREATHE Health

To move better, to have more flexibility and to breathe better. Restoring access to both movement and breathing potential.

In its early days, Carl Stough or Dr BREATH with Breathing Coordination met success in hospital settings with people suffering from respiratory pathologies such as pulmonary emphysema. This tool is a real help for people.

BREATHE Dance & Movement

To restore access to movement potential and for better performance, learning how to coordinate your movements and breathing potential. Learning how to use the body’s structures with more efficiency and more effectively for predictability and better performance. For the breath, it means greater fluidity and subtlety. And for the movement it means greater precision and clarity in the expression of the body lines.


For dancers (res) and athletes (fs), as well as for all physical disciplines such as yoga, martial arts, team sports and even individual sports, Breathe Dance _  Movement coaching is the opportunity to access one's true movement and breathing potential, for better performance.
To further align the body's structures, in order to improve their function and achieve better performance with minimum effort and maximum efficiency. Using Neuro-muscular re-education that restores access to breathing and movement potential. For the breath, it means greater fluidity and subtlety, and for movement it means greater precision and clarity in the expression of the body lines.

MDH Breathing Coordination is a synthesis of Functional anatomy and Breathing Coordination based on Carl Stough Work ( Dr. Breath). Functional anatomy is used by many professional dance schools for the neuromuscular preparation of dancers. In the past, Dr. Lulu Sweigard worked as a functional anatomist at the renowned Juilliard School of Dance in New York. And today, her pupil, the renowned Irene Dowd, Lynn Martin's teacher, continues to apply functional anatomy to dance at the same school. Moreover, Carl Stough From the outset, has supported the preparation of top-level athletes. with Breathing Coordination. In particular, he helped prepare the U.S. track and field team for the Olympic Games in Mexico.

BREATHE Sing_Communication

To learn how to use your voice in conjunction with your breath, with comfort and ease.

This method has been used as a breathing guide and support technique by pop and opera singers (including several Metropolitan Opera soloists), actors, lecturers and business people. For singers or public speakers it's a beautiful tool to be used to coordinate their breathing pattern and their vocal productions for more comfort.

Breathing Coordination can therefore help you, in addition to your singing lessons, to prepare your body and breath for vocal performance and singing, for optimal, healthy use of your voice. For actors, communicators, teachers and lecturers, who are constantly called upon to use their voice, this technique has excellent results. By relaxing the whole body, Breathing Coordination also calms the body and mind, as well as the emotions, for greater comfort, assurance and confidence in self-expression.

BREATHE Sound

To learn how to coordinate gesture and breath in the service of your musical instrument.

This method has been used as a breathing guide and support technique for musicians. For musicians, breath accompanies every gesture, so this support is an opportunity to bring greater clarity and precision to the quality of their playing, thanks to better coordination.

BREATHE Mindset and Emotional Management

For a much more adapted response to stress and to learn how to facilitate all life changes and transitions.

For people subject to stressful environments : this breathing re-coordination work helps to prevent the harmful effects of stress, such as "Burnout" and depression, often due to an ineffective bodily response to psychological pressure. By working on the breath, you'll achieve greater emotional balance, enabling you to make decisions that are better adapted to the circumstances, whether in your daily life or at work.
